The bodies of Coventry City supporters Sergeant Simon Valentine, Lance Corporal James Fullarton and Fusilier Louis Carter, all of 2nd Battalion Royal Regiment of Fusiliers were flown back to RAF Lyneham today on a C-17.

The trio plus Fusilier Simon Annis from Salford were then driven in a cortege through Wotton Bassett.

They had been killed in foot patrols last weekend in Afghanistan.

Tomorrow, Coventry City will remember them by the players wearing black armbands during the home game with Swansea City and a photo tribute on the scoreboard.
