Jail For Kirkland Attacker

Leeds United fan Arron Cawley, who attacked former Coventry City keeper Chris Kirkland has been jailed.

Cawley pleased guilty to attacking Sheffield Wednesday keeper Chris Kirkland during the 1-1 draw with Leeds United on Friday night at Hillsbrough.

Cawley, has been sentenced to four months in prison and has been banned by Leeds United for life.

According to a Yorkshire Post reporter:  "Leeds United are pleased with swift prosecution of Aaron Cawley but "feel sentence could, and should, have been considerably longer."
