Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that it did not what matter what his team deserved, they did not get anything from their 1-0 defeat to Leyton Orient at the Ricoh Arena.

Speaking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, Mowbray said: "That's football. it doesn't matter what we deserved, we didn't get anything.

"It didn't seem to want to go in tonight and you're always wary of keeping the backdoor shut and it's 'very disappointing to concede a goal that we haven't made them work hard for.

"We need wins. It does not matter where we get them from we just need to get them and stay in this division.

"One madness moment and the ball is in our net despite all the threat and the dominance but as I say it is about putting the ball in the net.

We're disappointed and would've been with a 0-0.

"Dominic Samuels has been in hot form and would potentially have took one of our chances had he still been on.

"We need young Maddison and George to step up now as it looks like Dominic and Marcus could be out for sometime.

"We need to find the positives, tonight was a good performance but we come undone by a moment of sloppiness.

"'We have no fear going to Notts County with what we've done away. Lets keep the away run going."
