Infections, Deadlegs and Whacks For Robins To Be Concerned With

Coventry City manager Mark Robins is waiting on a number of players who have knocks, injuries or illness, ahead of tomorrow's home League Two game against Chesterfield.

Rod McDonald missed the win at Carlisle United yesterday due to being on anti-biotics for a chest infection and having a little bit of pain in his groin and the City boss is hoping that there will be an improvement in his condition before Monday's game.

Jordan Willis, one of the club's longest serving players, suffered a dead leg in the win at Brunton Park but should be ok as should fellow defender Jack Grimmer who had his head bandaged during the latter part of City's win in Cumbria.

Loanee Duckens Nazon, who is nearing the end of his spell at the Sky Blues, suffered a "whack" on his right hip, which forced him off, nine minutes after coming on as a half-time substitute and will also be assessed.

The Sky Blues are already without the long term injured Tony Andreu, Liam Kelly, Jodi Jones and Peter Vincenti.
