Coventry City defender Nathan Cameron has said that he is looking to get a chance in the first team soon.
The centre half who played for City Reserves on Tuesday in the 1-1 draw with Shrewsbury is yet to have any first team league action this season but he is hopeful that his chance will soon come.
"I’m looking forward to getting involved with the action soon,” Cameron told the Coventry Observer's Steve Carpenter.
“Pre-season was tough. We all went to Portugal which was a very tough training camp.
"I played a couple of pre-season games, but obviously I haven’t been involved in the first team in terms of league or cup games yet, but hopefully I can just keep working hard in training and push my way through.
"The results haven’t been going our way at the minute but hopefully that can change and we can start challenging."
