Coventry City have confirmed that the hunt for a manager to replace Steven Pressley has started.
City's CEO Steve Waggott said in a press statement after the club received eighty applications for the job: "We've been delighted with the number and high-quality of all the applicants we've received since the process began.
"As we've got a mini-season coming up, where we play six games in three weeks, I believe it is important to accelerate the process but crucially, without taking any short-cuts on what is always the most important appointment in a football club."
