Coventry City U21 coach Dave Hockaday is 8/1 to become the next manager of Crawley Town.

Hockaday, who was very decent, polite and friendly and more importantly able to turn around the fortunes of City U21's during his time at the Sky Blues, is a free agent after being taken on contract until the end of the season.

He has been quoted at 8/1 to become the next manager of Crawley Town, who have had John Gregory quit due to ill health with Neil Redfearn at 10/1.

Dean Saunders who was the caretaker Crawley manager has now been appointed as manager of Chesterfield, replacing former City midfielder Paul Cook, and signed a two year deal.
