The deal for Jermaine Grandison to become a Shrewsbury Town player has been completed.

Coventry City and Shrewsbury Town agreed a nominal fee (or free transfer according to Shrewsbury's website) for the central defender who came through City's Academy ranks.

Grandison, who was in the last bit of his contract at the Ricoh Arena after making three league and cup starts for City with six substitute appearances, has signed a two and a half year contract at Shrewsbury.
