Around 21,000 ticket have been sold for the England U21 game versus Germany at the Arena on Friday night. There were queues after the Plymouth game in the Ticket Office as supporters snapped up tickets.

The gate could be the biggest for a football match since the Arena opening in August 2005.

Paul Fletcher said: “I think the excitement of such a big game against good opposition has really caught the mood of people living in the city and surrounding area. “That is reflected in the amount of tickets we have sold so quickly and hopefully that will continue in the run-up to the game."

If you are planning to go to the game and can get a ticket in the week then do so. Tickets are priced at £10 adults and £5 concessions with discounts for groups of fifteen or more.

Covsupport understands that there is no parking at the Arena left. You can pre-book parking at Jaguar Park & Ride South, St Finbars FC,Christ The King,Accordis and Wayside Business Park. The price is £5 per car and £3 for disabled blue badge holders.
