Coventry City Ladies have a free weekend this week.

Paul Cudby's side were due to play away to Cardiff City in a WPL game but Cardiff are involved in a FAW Cup tie and the match will have to be re-arranged.

There is currently no news regarding the farcical situation of the abandoning of their Birmingham County FA Womens Cup game against Kingshurst last Sunday.

The side from the West Midlands Regional League turned up with only eight players. They were down to seven after 28 minutes and on the stroke of half-time they had another player go off injured, causing the match which had the Sky Blues 12-0 up, to be abandonded by referee Joe Clarke at half-time.

City Ladies Reserves are in acton, away to Blackburn Rovers at Radcliffe Borough.
