Former Coventry City goalkeeper Andy Marshall along with coach Scott Marshall have been put in charge of Aston Villa after the Birmingham based team sacked manager Paul Lambert tonight.
Villa said in a press statement: "The club will announce a new manager in due course.
"First-team coach Scott Marshall and goalkeeping coach Andy Marshall will continue to prepare the squad for Sunday's FA Cup tie with Leicester City."
