Former Coventry City captain Richard Keogh, now of Derby County, will miss the Republic Of Ireland's World Cup Qualifying Play-Off with Denmark with a groin injury.
Former City loanee Jordan Henderson is out of England's friendlies with Germany and Brazil. Henderson did not play for Liverpool in their 4-1 win at West Ham United on Saturday and has returned for more treatment on a thigh injury.
