Football League Confirm Play-Off Dates

The EFL have confirmed the Play-Off Dates, dependent on Saturday's results and how the clubs finish in League Two.

These dates are as follows:

Thu 10 May – 7:45pm League One A – first leg 6th v 3rd
Fri 11 May – 7:45pm Championship A – first leg 6th v 3rd
Sat 12 May – 12:30pm League One B – first leg 5th v 4th
Sat 12 May – 3pm League Two A – first leg 7th v 4th**
Sat 12 May – 5:15pm Championship B – first leg 5th v 4th
Sat 12 May – 7:30pm League Two B – first leg 6th v 5th**
Sun 13 May – 5:15pm League One A – second leg 3rd v 6th
Mon 14 May – 7:45pm Championship A – second leg 3rd v 6th
Tue 15 May – 7:45pm Championship B – second leg 4th v 5th
Wed 16 May – 7:45pm League One B – second leg 4th v 5th
Thu 17 May – 7:45pm League Two A – second leg 4th v 7th**
Fri 18 May – 7:45pm League Two B – second leg 5th v 6th**

Play-Off Finals

  • Saturday 26th May: Championship Final – 5pm
  • Sunday 27th May: League One Final – 3pm
  • Monday 28th May: League Two Final – 3pm

**Sky Bet League Two

  • If Mansfield Town finish in sixth position, any fixture versus Notts County or Lincoln City will take place at 3pm on Saturday 12th May.
  • If Notts County finish in sixth position, any fixture versus Lincoln City or Coventry City will take place at 3pm on Saturday 12th May.
  • In the event of either of the above first leg ties requiring to be switched to 3pm, the tie between seventh and fourth will move to 7:30pm. In such circumstances, both second leg ties will also switch.
  • If neither Notts County or Mansfield Town finish in sixth position and Coventry City finish in seventh position, ties will be reversed to ensure Coventry City’s home leg kicks off at 7:30pm.
  • In all circumstances both second leg ties will also switch.

All fixtures will be confirmed following final fixtures on Saturday and Sunday.
