The winners were:

LFE Apprentice Of The Year League One - Brendan Galloway (MK Dons)

LFE Apprentice Of The Year Championship - Mason Bennett (Derby County)

CAPITAL ONE SUPPORTER Of The Year - Phil Beeton (Leeds United)

PERFORM Best Digital Content and Audience Growth Award - Derby County

Sir Tom Finney Award - AFC Bournemouth's Steve Fletcher.

PFA Player In The Community - Reda Johnson (Sheffield Wednesday)

Outstanding Managerial Achievement Award - Gary Johnson (Yeovil Town)

Mitre Goal Of The Year - Franck Moussa (Coventry City)

Johnstone's Paint Trophy Community Club Of The Year - Brentford FC

Young Player of The Year - Will Hughes (Derby County)

League 2 Player Of The Year  - Gary Roberts (Chesterfield)

League 1 Player Of The Year - Adam Forshaw (Brentford)

Championship Player Of The Year - Danny Ings (Burnley)
