Former Coventry City assistant manager and loanee keeper Tim Flowers has rejoined the coaching staff of Kidderminster Harriers.

Flowers, was first appointed at Kidderminster in March 2014 by Gary  Whild and assistant boss Mark Creighton but left to work with former Sky Blue and friend Stuart Pearce at Nottingham Forest.

Whild is still the manager of Kidderminster and was delighted to have Flowers back. Speaking to Worcester News, he said: “It goes without saying that Tim’s stature, experience and knowledge of this level of the game is second-to-none and he is someone I have a very high regard for.

“We’re delighted to have Tim back involved in a hands-on way at the club as the three of us worked really well together when I first came back here. We’re very lucky to be able to have him and he really enjoys it here.

“Without embarrassing Tim, he certainly isn’t coming here to change his life in terms of financial gain in wages. It’s about doing what he wants to do and being involved in football so in that respect it is a bit of a coup for us.”
