Jack Finch is rated as doubtful for Coventry City's League One game at Preston North End on Saturday.
Finch has been suffering from a sickness bug and is doubtful for the game at Deepdale.
Reda Johnson is out for a month with a small muscle tear and he is likely to be replaced by Ryan Haynes who replaced him for the second half of the draw with Rochdale.
Matthew Pennington is expected to be back in the squad after over-coming a knee injury. The game at Preston could be his last for City unless his loan is extended.
City are likely to have Lee Burge in goal as Jamie Jones cannot play against his parent club and are expected to include latest loanee Luke Williams and free agent Blair Turgott in the squad to travel.
