FA Cup Tie Won't Be On Sunday

Coventry City's FA Cup tie against Northampton Town looks highly unlikely that it will be played on Sunday November 8th.

Wasps have a home game that day against Gloucester and are unlikely to want to change the fixture meaning that City will have to play their FA Cup tie on either Friday November 6th, Saturday November 7th or Monday November 9th, after the draw for the second round has been made.

An announcement as to the exact day of the fixture will be announced by the Sky Blues and The Cobblers, who could have new owners in Kelvin Thomas by the time the game is played, taking over from David Cardoza who allowed City to play at Sixfields.
