Coventry kid Ian Evatt is looking forwards to Saturday's game against the Sky Blues at the Ricoh Arena.
"I'd be lying if I said I wasn't really looking forward to the game, it's a massive one for me," said the Blackpool player, who has also played for Derby,Chesterfield & QPR to the Blackpool Gazette.
"I am a Coventry boy and I went to watch them as a kid. "I was a season ticket holder for 10 years unfortunately! To be fair they weren't a bad team at the time but things have gone downhill for them since then.
"On Saturday all my family will be supporting me and, for one game only, no one will be supporting Coventry.
"The whole Evatt clan will be there. There'll be hundreds of them - they are like the Dingles! I'm having to beg the other lads for their comp tickets.
"Hopefully I can do them proud and get us three points, and it's a fantastic stadium so the lads will be more than up for it.
"But first and foremost I just want to stay fit and make sure I'm in the starting line up because I haven't actually played at the Ricoh yet.
"I was injured when QPR were due to play them a few years back and last season, when Blackpool went there. All being well, I'll steer clear of injury, play on Saturday and get a result."
