Both players had knee injuries but have now recovered.
"Ben was back training with us this week and did well and it is nice to have the big fella back because he is a big presence for us," said Chris Coleman to the CT.
"Michael is also back with us and trained this week. He had a bang on his knee two or three weeks ago in training and it was puffing up a little bit after training but he's alright now."
Both players are expected to be in the squad to face Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough on Saturday.
