Arena Coventry Limited have, according to the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid, said that their rent offer of a ten year lease for Coventry City to continue to use the Ricoh Arena and their signing off of the CVA is subject to the Judicial Review being dropped.
Tim Fisher and SISU issued the Judicial; Review after Coventry City Council announced a £14m bail out, action which was seen as hampering SISU's plans to get the Ricoh Arena for a knock down price.
The creditors meet again on Friday at 10am.
