Michael Doyle who is on loan to Leeds United from Coventry City has said that he would be tempted to stay at the Elland Road based club if a permanent deal were to come about.

"I spoke to Simon about where this might go in the future and he was really positive about that," said Doyle to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

"Every loan can be with a view to a permanent move really. It's up to the player to go and prove himself - to make it a permanent move.

"If I do what I can do, impress Simon and everyone at Leeds then they'll want to keep me.

"If I don't do my job then I'll be going back to Coventry. It's down to me and I hope something can happen from it."
