The High Court case brought by Arena Coventry Limited against Coventry City FC will go ahead.

Arena Coventry Limited will contest the action by SISU to put a non-operating subsiduary company to which the Ricoh Arena debt had been transferred into administration and will try to persuade Mrs Justice Proudman that she should put the whole club including Coventry City FC (Holdings) Ltd into administration after ruling that the club is insolvent.

However, Mrs Justice Proudman could decide that the club has no chance of paying its creditors of which SISU/Avro Trust are now the main ones and put the club into liquidation

The public can get into the Rolls Building Court 10 at the High Court in London, to hear the case which will start at 10.30am.
