Conor Thomas For Cheltenham?

According to reports, Cheltenham Town are interested in signing former Coventry City midfielder Conor Thomas.

Thomas, who was playing for City U18's when he was fifteen, came through the Academy after playing for a Christ The King junior side and made 100 appearances for City in an injury wrecked spell either side of a trial spell with Liverpool.

He was released in 2016 and joined Swindon Town, whom he made 35 appearances for, in a season long spell.

In 2017, he went to India and played for Kolkata based ATK who were managed by former City striker Robbie Keane who replaced Teddy Sheringham.

Now back in England, Gloucester Live are reporting that Thomas is close to signing for Cheltenham Town.
