The midfielder has picked up a knee injury and has not trained.
"Isaac is a worry because he has got a knock on his knee and he hasn't trained all week, which is a shame because he's been one of our best players," said Coleman to the CT.
"I don't want to risk him if he's not sure and then lose him for half a dozen games."
Leon Best also picked up a knock in training on Tuesday but should be ok.
