According to Kent Sports News, Gillingham have been linked with a move for Cody McDonald.
The Coventry City forward appears out of the frame with the Sky Blues and has only been a bit part player, making thirty appearances and scoring seven goals, since he joined from Norwich City in the close season of 2011.
McDonald was a revelation at Priestfield and a return on loan may suit him.
