Former Coventry City captain Sammy Clingan could be going to Charlton Athletic according to various internet rumours.
The midfielder is a free agent after his Coventry City contract expired at the end of June and Clingan, who was rumoured as seeking £12k a week to stay at the Ricoh Arena, has not played any club football since.
