City Under SISU So Frustrating

In just over a months time SISU Capital will have been owners of Coventry City for 7 years. On that day in 2007 we were told that they had saved us from administration and a certain 10 point deduction. What a load of rubbish that was!

7 years on CCFC have allowed almost all of our best players to leave for free, numerous transfer embargo's, been relegated, entered administration, had 10 points deducted (twice), left the Ricoh Arena, played home games in Northampton, took the ...local council and a charity to the high court (twice), lost (twice), stood by whilst a Rugby Team purchase the Stadium that was built for them and I could go on and on!!!

But its ok because the current Chairman wants us to believe that they are 'turning the club around', are now cash flow positive and are investing in the club as the training ground is top notch, the academy is proving a success and a deal to buy a new stadium site is moving forward! (Apparently) He genuinely believes he (and SISU) are doing a good job!

You couldn't make it up and if it wasn't so tragic it would be comical! The future looks far from bright and if recent history is anything to go by then further problems will arise. So frustrating!
