Coventry City are trying to bring in a player currently at a Premier League club ahead of tomorrow's game against Blackpool.
City are in talks with the former England international who is surplus to requirement at his club, and are hoping to have him available for either the game against Blackpool or the trip to Rochdale on Tuesday night.
