City Still In 15th

Coventry City remain in fifteenth place in the Championship table after Saturday afternoon's matches.

City boss Aidy Boothroyd saw Swansea City, who travel to the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday night, beat Doncaster 3-0.

Leaders QPR drew 1-1 at bottom side Preston whilst second placed Nottingham Forest beat Cardiff City 2-1 and Leeds and Norwich drew 2-2 at Elland Road. 

At the bottom of the table, second from bottom Scunthorpe drew 0-0 with Derby County and Micky Adams' Sheffield United stay in the bottom three after a 1-0 defeat at Crystal Palace.

Portsmouth moved up to 16th with a 1-0 win against Barnsley at Fratton Park. Middlesbrough moved to three points behind City with a 3-2 win at Millwall.

The other games in the division saw Ipswich drew 1-1 with Hull and  Reading 1-1 with Watford

In the FA Cup, Birmngham City who knocked out the Sky Blues beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 and Stoke City beat Brighton by the same score.

In the Fourth Round, Everton beat Chelsea 4-3 on penalties after a 2-2 draw.
