Ok I know this isn't a direct comparison but with the soon to be expanded Northampton Saints rugby ground (to just over 15,000) it's likely that it'll be 70-80% Season Ticket holders going to games which would be a dream for Coventry City FC .....
Be interesting to see how Wasps fair with their ST volumes, and have said before that CCFC management could do worse than go and speak with Saints to see what they do, what lessons they've learnt to get to this level of ST's and what they do to engage with both supporters and communities - noting of course that a successful team on the pitch is a heck of a draw for supporters and new ST holders.
Whilst there are differences in the sports and the demographics of those that go, to me, it's blinkered to not go and see what other sports do and pick the best bits that work and adapt them to CCFC.
