City Play Better But Still Lose

Coventry City were a lot better than they were at Oxford but still lost 1-0 at Bolton Wanderers.

At a lovely Macron Stadium, the City support who battled the M6 saw Bolton take the lead when Zac Clough got through and lofted the ball over Lee Burge in the 11th minute.

Burge kept City, who had one real chance in the 32nd minute through Kyel Reid, in it against a Bolton side which had Clough, Ameobi and Spearing running the show.

City were a lot better in the second half, especially when Jodi Jones came on, creating chances and winning corners but they were not to get anything from this game.
