City Old Boys On International Duty

Three former Coventry City players were on international duty this evening.

Former City loanee Chuba Akpom, now at Hull City on loan from Arsenal scored for England U21's in a 3-0 win over Kazakhstan at the Ricoh Arena.

Former City striker Michael Mifsud was a 75th minute substitute for Malta in their 1-0 defeat to Croatia.

Former City midfielder Aron Gunnarsson played for Iceland in a 1-0 defeat away to Turkey.

Wales, managed by former Coventry City manager Chris Coleman, beat Andorra 2-0.
