City Old Boys In Cup Action

A number of former Coventry City players were in action in cup matches tonight.

In the FA Cup, former City loanee Gary Madine scored for Bolton in the 39th minute of a 3-2 win over Eastleigh.

Former City defender Nathan Cameron was sent off whilst playing for Bury, who included Reece Brown, Chris Hussey, Danny Pugh, Peter Clarke and Leon, at Bradford City.

Former City keeper Joe Murphy played in goal for Huddersfield Town but let five goals in away to Reading whose team included former City loanee Oliver Norwood.

Former City midfielders Michael Doyle and Adam Barton played the whole of Portsmouth's 2-1 win at home to Ipswich Town who played Jay Tabb for 71 minutes.

Former City youngster Shaun Jeffers played for Yeovil Town in their FA Cup tie against Carlisle United.

In the Birmingham Senior Cup, former City loanee Stephen Bywater played for a Burton Albion eleven which lost 4-3 at Nuneaton Town.
