Former Coventry City player and manager Micky Adams has been linked by some media outlets with the vacant manager's job at Walsall.

Adams who was sacked by City in January 2007, still remains full of himself saying that "I haven't applied for the job, but purely because of the fact that I think I've got a good CV and people know I'm out of work." His last club Colchester United,where he was an assistant. were relegated from the Championship.

Also looking for a manager's job is Alex Miller. The former assistant under Gordon Strachan is leaving Liverpool at the end of the season.

Anthony Barry has been released by Yeovil Town. The midfielder played for City Reserves but never made it to the first team under Micky Adams.
