Youseff Safri has joined Southampton. The Morocan had fell out with the Norwich boss and has moved to Southampton after signing a two year deal.

Cedric Roussel is on trial at Dundee United. The striker, who become a fans favourite during his time at Highfield Road, had been playing in Belgium before moving to Italian side Brescia.

Said United boss Craig Levein: "I'm bringing Cedric Roussel in for four or five days so we can have a look at him. "He's coming in to train with the lads on Friday, but we'll get a better look next week. "His goalscoring record in England was very good, he played in the Premiership with Coventry and when he has been playing he has scored goals for all of his clubs."
