Coventry City have cancelled the contract of Denzel Slager by mutual consent.
Despite Slager being tipped as one for the future, the club have agreed to cancel the contract of the twenty year old who joined City just before Christmas.
Steven Pressley has been quoted as saying that Slager felt that his career lay back in his homeland.
