City Looking For First League Win At Preston

Saturday will see Coventry City travelling to Deepdale looking for their first ever league win away to Preston North End in eighteen attempts.

City have never won a League fixture at Deepdale and have lost ten and drawn seven including last season’s game which finished in a 1-1 draw thanks to Franck Moussa deep in stoppage time scoring with a terrific strike to cancel out Kevin Davies goal in the 53rd minute.

City did win at Deepdale in a League Cup tie on September 19th 2000.
