City Link have given Coventry City Ladies notice that they are ending their sponsorship of the club a year early.
The nationwide delivery company have cited a clause given that supporter and former CEO of City Link Stuart Godman is no longer with them.
On behalf of Coventry City Ladies, Chairman Dave Singleton said: "Its a real shame, especially at this time of year and since City Link's support, the club has leapt two divisions to the highest point in their history, sitting third in the National Premiership.
"We're pleased in some respect that they have served sufficient notice for us to search for a new sponsor.
"However, we thank them for their valuable support at a key time in the club's history.
