Coventry City Ladies midfielder Hayley Ladd played for Wales tonight in their 1-0 World Cup qualifier win against Belarus.
Ladd wore the number six shirt for Wales in the game played at the Cardiff City stadium and took her place in a Welsh team against a Belarus team which had already been beaten 6-0 by England who are in the same qualification group.
Wales all time leading goalscorer Helen Wardle marked her 50th cap with the only goal of the game in the 80th minute.
