Coventry City Ladies Reserves progressed to the Second Round of the WPL Reserve League Cup with a 6-1 win
City went into this last of the FAWPL Reserve Cup Group stage matches against Leicester City Women needing a win to progress and got off to a great start when Karen Clough scored in the fourth minute.
Ten minutes later and the Sky Blues doubled their tally thanks to Cherelle Archibald finding the net.
Clough was on target again with her second of the match as the second half of this home game got underway.
Katy Ward made it four in the 63rd minute and Sami Ryder added a fifth before Clough completed her hat-trick.
Although, Leicester scored a consolation goal, City had done the job they set out to do and progressed into the next round.
