City Hope Backburn Won't Have The Life Of Riley

The currently scheduled referee for Coventry City FA Cup Fifth Round replay against Blackburn Rovers at the Ricoh Arena tomorrow night is Mike Riley.

Mr Riley is from West Yorkshire and has had 24 matches this season, issuing 94 yellow cards and six red.

One of the most experienced referees in the country, his last City game was the 4-2 defeat at Manchester United in the Premier League On April 14th 2001. He was also in charge of the 4-1 defeat at Liverpool in the same season.

His last Blackburn game was the 4-1 defeat at West Ham back in August.
