Coventry City's Academy are holding trials for players at U12's level.
You will need to have played at representative team football, district football, have previous academy level or being playing with a competitive team within a local league
If so, please download the application at http://www.ccfc.co.uk/documents/open-trial-event-u12-tuesday-1st-march-2016144-2968606.pdf and return it to Scott Currie by the end of this week.
The trials take place on Tuesday March 1st.
