City Fans Out In Force For England Game

Coventry City supporters were out in force for England's Euro 2016 Qualifier 3-2 win in Slovenia.

With the Sky Blues reluctant to announce any details about a pre-season European pre-season tour, some decided to go and watch England instead, whilst other were always going and were in a hot and humid Ljubljana for a game which saw former Coventry City loanee Jordan Henderson start for England.

Slovenia took the lead in the 36th minute when Milivoje Novakovic was allowed time to run through and score the first goal against England in the qualifiers so far.

England equalised through Jack Wilshere in the 56th minute and in the 73rd minute, the Arsenal player smash home to put England ahead but with six minutes left, Slovenia levelled but in the 86th minute, Wayne Rooney broke into space and scored to give England a 3-2 win.
