City Fans Accused Of Death Threats

Coventry City supporters have been accused by James Miller who invaded the pitch at Ewood Park on Saturday, of making death threats.

Mr Miller wearing only his boxer shorts with a bow and roses in his hands, went onto the field of play in the 72nd minute of the FA Cup Fifth Round game and danced around before being biundled off the pitch.

This stunt which cost Mr Miller his relationship, saw time added on by the referee to take the amount of stoppage time up to five minutes and angered many of the 5,000 strong City support.

Speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph, Mr Miller who faces a court appearance at the end of the month and a possible fine/ ban from grounds, said: "They have said I should get my head chopped off and that I'm a dead man. I don't care.

"In fact I was toying with the idea of turning up at one of their other matches."
