Coventry City will face a trip to AFC Wimbledon next season.
AFC Wimbledon won the League 2 Play-Off Final at Wembley this afternoon against Plymouth Argyle with a goal from Lyle Taylor in the 78th minute and an Akinfenwa penalty in stoppage time in front of a crowd 57,956 and will take their place in League One next season.
City have only played at AFC Wimbledon in their current guise, once and that was in an FA Cup tie in November 2013 when the Sky Blues won 3-1.
