City Down To Eighth

Coventry City are down to eighth in the League One table after Saturday's fixtures.

Yeovil went above City into seventh with a 3-0 win over Brentford on a day when leaders Tranmere Rovers lost 1-0 at home to Carlisle United.

Second placed Doncaster also lost, 2-0 at Bury, whilst Bournemouth are up to third with a 3-0 win at MK Dons ahead of Swindon who drew 1-1 at Crawley Town.

At the bottom, Hartlepool, made up some ground on Portsmouth who lost 3-2 at home to Colchester with a 2-1 home win over Notts County.

Other results saw Crewe beat Shrewsbury 1-0, Shrewsbury won 2-1 at Preston, Leyton Orient won 1-0 at Stevenage and Walsall beat Oldham 3-1.
