The defender, scored against City last season and Chris Coleman has been rumoured to have made enquiries twice before (the last was in June) about a deal.
Meanwhile,Chris Coleman is still looking to bring in a defender on loan to cover the right back position, until Stephen Wright and Isaac Osbourne are both fit.
Richard Duffy is a possible candidate but there has been nothing concrete bar a few rumours.
