Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has explained why he made the changes he did to City's team which started at Yeovil Town.

Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “It’s a concern that we won’t have the internationals available for Saturday’s game at Fleetwood.

“Marc-Antoine Fortune took a kick on his foot so he was injured, Chris Stokes has been carrying an injury for weeks and weeks and didn’t travel and Romain Vincelot wasn’t injured but he had a major operation in the summer and has played a lot of football for us and Conor Thomas is now fit, so it was an opportunity for him.”
