With no pre-season fixture until the away game at Stevenage on Saturday (2pm kick off), City manager Mark Robins arranged a behind closed doors game against the Championship club, who fielded a young side.at their Bodymoor Heath training ground
The Sky Blues won 2-1 with goals from Jordan Ponticelli in the 15th minute and Tony Andreu, who also scored against Everton U23's last Friday in the 35th minute after Villa equalised in the 25th minute.
