The annual pre-season game between Coventry City and Nuneaton Town is expected to be take place once again this season.
Saturday July 13th looks a likely day for the fixture before the Sky Blues travel to Europe for a week of training and matches (subject to confirmation).
Last season, City were losing 1-0 at Nuneaton when the fixture was abandoned early in the second half due to rain, after winning 4-1 in 2013, drawing 2-2 in 2011, a 0-0 draw in 2010 and a 1-0 win in 2009.
